My name is Tayama Ramos da Silva Nielsen. I was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, lived in the United States as a teenager and still as a young adult, I had the chance to travel around the world. Those travels brought me to Germany, where I have lived since the year 2000. I'm married and mother of two girls.
My personal goal is to take care of my inner life so, that I can have experiences and learnings on the outside world that will lead me towards an increasingly loving, supportive, fair and imaginative life.
I got my first degree in Fine Arts at the Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz, Germany. Besides art, I have always been interested in other subjects such as philosophy and psychology, but it wasn't until I went through a crisis myself, that led me to experience positive changes in my life through psychotherapy and the practice of spirituality based on a relationship with Nature, that I decided to pursue a path as a therapist.
I began my journey in the field of art therapy and from there, I continued to study approaches to psychology and therapeutic techniques in search of those that resonate with me and with the way I want to act in the world. It was in the studies of Carl Gustav Jung's analytical psychology where I found the source I was looking for and where today, I delve deeper.
Whilst studying for a postgraduate qualification in Transpersonal Psychology, I also qualified as a Naturopathic Psychotherapist in Germany (Heilpraktikerin für Psychotherapie nach dem Heilpraktikergesetz). Today I feel confident and happy that I can fulfil my wish to help people have their best possible experience in this world.
